3D Ultrasound

While she was not overly cooperative, we got to spend a whole hour with our lil' lady bug today. This was the coolest experience! She had either her hand, her foot (yes, her foot) or the cord up in her face on most of the pics we got. In one, she even flipped us off...(ha, I think she was tired of the poking and proding). But, we got a glimpse into her world and I must say, she looked pretty content in there. And she's pretty cute!

Our future chef

So, this weekend, Jacob and I decided to make breakfast for daddy. I just thought it was super cute and had to share. First of all, he has seen our "caddy" with all of our utensils....



I heard him rummaging around in the utensil drawer, but didn't think much of it. Also didn't think much of it when he asked for his Play-Doh. It wasn't until later that day I realized what he was doing. This HAS to be the cutest thing ever!!!
Look closely...he made his very own caddy.



I think we might have a future chef on our hands.....

Test results

I just took my glucose tolerance test last week (I was 25w3d (25 weeks and 3days) pregnant). For this test, I had to drink a sugary drink (tasted like a really sweet Sprite) and then have my blood sugar level drawn one hour later. It's to test for gestastional diabetes. I called today to get the results. I passed with flying colors! YIPEE! My level was 90 mg/dl after one hour. Last pregnancy, it was 112 mg/dl.

At one hour after drinking the sugary drink, it should have been below 180 mg/dl, so my number was EXCELLENT!!! I'm very happy about this! I was worried since I was having some lows early on this time.
